2. Course Fees & Payment Policy

The course fee will be communicated and agreed upon before enrollment. The payment is divided into two installments: 60% of the total course fee is payable at the time of enrollment. Classes will begin once the first installment has been received. The remaining 40% is payable as soon as the first 6 chapters of the course have been completed. Once the course has started, fees paid are non-refundable.

3. Class Guidelines & Policies

Attendance, Timings & Rescheduling

Students are expected to join classes on time. Late joining will not extend the scheduled class time. If you are unable to attend a class, please inform me at least 6 hours in advance. Rescheduling will be subject to availability. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be considered a completed class. Repeated or unlimited rescheduling will not be possible. If a class is cancelled from my side, it will always be rescheduled.

Missed Classes & Recordings

In case a student is unable to attend due to a genuine reason, a recorded session may be provided. A maximum of 10 recorded sessions will be provided throughout the entire course. Recorded sessions are meant for genuine absences and should not be considered a regular alternative to live classes.

Learning & Course Progress

Regular attendance, homework, revision and self-practice are encouraged for steady progress. The course duration may vary depending on the student's learning pace, attendance and progress. Students are encouraged to communicate whenever they require additional explanation or support.

Online Classes & Study Materials

Students should have a stable internet connection and attend classes from a suitable learning environment. Notes, worksheets and other materials provided during the course are for the enrolled student's personal use only and should not be shared, reproduced or distributed without permission.

Communication

WhatsApp may be used for class scheduling, homework and course-related queries. Messages will be responded to during reasonable working hours. A friendly, respectful and comfortable learning environment is expected throughout the course.
