• Through the enrollment form: your full name, age, email address, WhatsApp or contact number, city, the course level you are enrolling in, whether you have studied German before and, if so, at what level, your reason for learning (including any details you provide under "Other"), and your learning goals.
• Through the demo request form: your full name, email address, phone number, the course level you are interested in, and any message you add.
• Through the review form: your name, the course you took, your star rating, and your review text.
• Through direct contact: anything you share with us by email, WhatsApp, or social media messages.

How We Use Your Information

• To process your enrollment and manage your course, including scheduling classes, sharing materials, and communicating about fees and payments.
• To respond to demo requests and schedule your free demo session.
• To communicate with you about courses, schedules, and payments by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• To display reviews you submit on the website after we have reviewed and approved them.
• To improve our courses and the website experience.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Reviews

Reviews submitted through the review form (your name, the course you took, your star rating, and your review text) are held privately while pending review. They are only published on the website after they have been reviewed and approved by German With Aman. Unapproved reviews are never visible to other site visitors. Approval is done through restricted administrative access.

Where Your Information Is Stored

Information submitted through the enrollment, demo, and review forms is stored in Supabase, a secured cloud database service. Notifications about demo requests and enrollments are sent through Resend, a third-party email delivery service. Review approvals are handled through restricted, password-protected administrative access that is not publicly accessible. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold.

Payments

This website does not process payments. We do not collect or store credit card or bank details through this site. Fees for courses are agreed directly with us. If this changes, this policy will be updated before any payment processing begins.

Cookies and Analytics

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not run third-party analytics on this website.

Children's Information

Our kids courses are booked by parents or guardians. As part of enrollment we collect the student's age, and a parent or guardian's name may be provided for students under 18. We use this information for course administration only: registering, scheduling, and communicating about the student's classes. We do not use it for any other purpose and do not share it beyond what is needed to run the classes. Our forms are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep demo and contact information for as long as needed to respond to your request and manage our relationship with you. Enrollment data is kept for as long as needed to manage the student relationship and the course. Approved reviews are kept while they are displayed on the website, and reviews pending approval are kept for a reasonable period. Access to this information is restricted to Aman and the studio through the Supabase dashboard, a password-protected administrative area that is not publicly exposed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
