These terms govern your use of the German With Aman website and services. By using this website, booking a free demo, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

Our Services

German With Aman offers online German language classes for adults and children, from beginner to intermediate levels (A1 to B1), as described on this website. Course details, durations, and schedules shown on the site are accurate as of publication but may be updated from time to time.

Booking a Free Demo

You can book a free demo session through the form on this website or by contacting us directly. By submitting the form, you agree to be contacted by us by email, phone, or WhatsApp to arrange your session. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details.

Enrollment and Course Policies

The full course fee and payment policies, attendance and rescheduling rules, the recording policy, and the restrictions on using course materials are presented in full during enrollment on the Enrollment & Course Policies page, where they are acknowledged on the enrollment form. The key points are summarised below.

In brief: 60% of the total course fee is payable at the time of enrollment, and classes begin once the first installment has been received. The remaining 40% is payable after the first 6 chapters of the course have been completed, and fees paid are non-refundable once the course has started. Students are expected to join classes on time. If you cannot attend a class, please let us know at least 6 hours in advance; rescheduling is subject to availability, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a completed class. A maximum of 10 recorded sessions may be provided during the course for genuine absences. Course materials are for the enrolled student's personal use only.

Your Obligations

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Attend scheduled sessions on time and follow reasonable instructions from your instructor.
• Use the website and course materials for lawful, personal purposes only.
• Do not record or redistribute classes or materials without our written permission.

Reviews

Reviews you submit through the review form are subject to review and approval by German With Aman before they are published. They may be edited for length or removed at our discretion, for example, for inappropriate content, spam, or privacy concerns.

No Guarantee of Results

Learning a language depends on your own effort, practice, and attendance. We do not guarantee specific exam scores, test outcomes, visa approvals, or employment results. We work to help you progress, but individual results vary and cannot be promised.

Fees, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payments for courses are not processed on this website and are agreed directly with us. The fee structure and refund terms, including that 60% of the total course fee is payable at enrollment, that the remaining 40% is payable after the first 6 chapters of the course have been completed, and that fees are non-refundable once the course has started, are set out in the enrollment policies on the enrollment page and are confirmed when you enrol. All content on this website, including text, graphics, the German With Aman logo, course materials, and design, is owned by or licensed to German With Aman. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, German With Aman is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services, including missed sessions or interruptions to online teaching.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the location where German With Aman operates.
